From a young age I have been amazed by the joys of baking and what some simple ingredients can do to your taste buds from a simple egg custard tart to a big blown opera cake, they can all have different textures and flavours when they simple were a bag of flour and eggs.

If you follow me on Instagram you would know that one of my friends got me Crumb the baking book written by Ruby Tandoh, the woman who came second in last years Great British Bake Off, one of the shows I live for. In this book are some amazing recipes for amateur and advanced bakers. I just can't praise this book enough I am that in love with it!

Oxford Christmas Shopping

Me and my sister drove down to Oxford to pick up her boyfriend and decided to stay the night and do some Christmas shopping. We did much more than just do shopping for the family we ate some amazing food, watched Mockingjay part 1, finally, and well just had the most amazing weekend.

On Sunday me and my Grandad woke up early and took Maude down the beach (my Grandparents 6 year old Boxer) Maude loves the beach and as we have not been there in a while she was beside herself.
