New Year Resolutions

Every year I make hopeless attempts of setting New Years Resolutions and I am 99% certain that by February the 1st those resolutions are no where in sight. So this year I have decided to come from a different approach and make a list of things I want to achieve, then at the end of this year I'll sit down and review my list and see what I have really done and what I haven't.

So in this post I have decided to show you some of my goals for this year and I hope this gives you an idea for your new years resolutions :)

1. I think that everyone says they are going to keep healthy and lose weight but for me I just want to make sure I eat more fruit and vegetables. As you may know I am vegetarian so a healthy diet and getting enough of everything can be very important and being healthy is one of my aims.

2. One of my all time passions is baking so I am trying to get the courage to maybe enter a baking contest this year. It is a far fetched dream of winning but I would just be happy knowing that I at least tried.

3. This next one is again a baking goal and that is to make a croquembouche. These are one of the hardest things to make in the baking world and I am determined to make one! Oh and also master macarons they are so hard and I am just so determined to do it! Those pesky maracrons!!
That's spun sugar!!:0

Why don't mine look like this ???
4. Oh and once again another baking one (sorry...) and this is to do a Great British Bake Off showstopper challenge in the allocated time!

5. This year for our cross country out of the whole year I came 19th and this year I REALLY want to come in the top 15 as that would be a dream come true!

I hope this method gave you some tips for making your new years resolutions!
